• Please ensure you or your child arrives 5 minutes prior to commencement of the lesson. Lateness causes a loss of lesson time. 

• Parents are permitted to stay in the studio whilst lessons are in progress, however, are welcome to sit outside.

• Please note; time is precious – I am available to speak briefly about your child’s progress but please remember that I need to keep to a strict time regime.  If you need to discuss anything in depth, please feel free to contact me via email only.

• Parent/guardian’s are responsible for their child’s/children’s behaviour and safety at all times; this includes the outside area.

• Whilst lessons are in progress, noise levels must be kept to a minimum at all times.

• All lessons missed must be paid for unless cancelled by the teacher. Payment must be made unless the teacher has been notified 24 hours before the lesson.

 

• WHILST ALL CARE IS TAKEN AND STUDENTS ARE FULLY SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES WHILST IN THEIR LESSON,  I, GRACE PARKER, ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS OR INJURY ON THE PREMISES.

EXAMINATIONS:

Exams are not compulsory, I will advise if the student is ready to take part in exams. Classical Guitar exams will be held at the end of Term 3.  Exam dates may be affected by current COVID Restrictions.

 

FEES:

• Cash, card or direct deposit accepted.

 

• CASH:  Please place all fees in an envelope with name, date and amount listed.

      (All envelopes received are recorded and filed accordingly)
